I confirm this is working, the "ran out of memory" problem just vanished after i installed the patch.

for the impatients, just make sure you actually point the installation to the "Outlast" folder and not just ninja clicking that next button.

What folder do I put the update in? Binaries or just in the first section where the Outlast launcher is?
